Steve Warwick owns a CD store in the small beachside community of Flagler Beach, Florida.
On a day that starts out like any other, Steve buys a collection of used CDs from 16-year-old Justin and his buddy Russell. When the boys disappear, Justin's distraught mother Margie visits Steve claiming he is the only link to the whereabouts of her son.
Before he can figure out how he could be involved with a missing teenager, an attempt is made on Steve's life.
Suddenly caught in whirlpool of murder, greed, political corruption and ecological sabotage he enlists the help of his best friend Ike, a former Navy SEAL with a penchant for bending the rules.
